Wendy is a Top producing Broker/Owner Realtor and attributes this achievement to the high level of client care that she provides. She has 17 years of experience. Her achievements include Prudential Honors award 4 years consecutive and the Prestigious Presidents Circle Award 2007, Top 5% of all Prudential Agents Nationwide. Top Producing Agent 5 years consecutive during her 5 year employment with Central Coast Real Estate. Currently Broker / Owner at Langston Real Estate. Whether she is working with Sellers or Buyers the clients needs always come first.  

 Prior to Real Estate Wendy has 10 years of experience in marketing, sales and client care. Her background is in Business Development with UPS, a Marketing Representative for a Real Estate company, and an Account Executive for a local Software Developer, together with a respectful, honest work ethic, has provided her with the tools necessary to assist clients to fulfill their Real Estate goals.  

Wendy, is originally from the San Joaquin Valley where she graduated from San Joaquin College with a major in Business Computers. Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and son.
